Job function: Service and maintain a range of forestry equipment at our customer’s job sites and our workshop in Wicklow. Primary duties: - Respond to customer requests to repair/maintain forestry equipment. - Diagnose and in co-ordination with Service Manager executes action plans to resolve issues. - Communicates equipment status to unit management. Preferred Qualifications - Ideally you will be a time served technician/mechanic with at least three years post apprenticeship experience in the repair and maintenance of forestry or agricultural or construction equipment. - Knowledge of hydraulic and electronic control systems will be of benefit - To be analytical, self motivated, initiative and have good organisational skills. - Acceptable written & spoken ability in English.
