Junior Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Wicklow Recruitment Due to continued success Wicklow Recruitment now have an opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant or individual with business/sales experience to establish, develop and maintain first class Client and Candidate relationships. This is a varied and demanding role, commanding excellent communication skills and extremely high levels of motivation. Covering all aspects of recruitment, client relationships and placement process. Duties will include: - Developing existing and new business in the Irish market - Carrying out database searches to identify suitable candidates - Attracting, interviewing and assessing candidates for client companies through referral, advertisement and quality contracts - Managing assignments to a successful completion - Actively maintaining relationships with clients through the course of assignments - Building and retaining a network of sources to improve and expand the range and quality of information on candidates and companies Who we're looking for If you are ambitious and sales driven, a career in recruitment could be for you. You will have a proven track record of learning new skills quickly and developing new ideas. Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in a pressurised environment would be advantageous, but is not essential. Most important to us will be desire to succeed. Requirements § Ideally a background in sales/customer service/recruitment/human resources § Min 1-2 years experience in a similar environment § Diploma or equivalent discipline in Human Resources / Sales § Capable and professional phone manner § Good Account Management skills § Ability to work well on own initiative and self manage § Strong interpersonal and organisational skills § PC proficient § Problem solving skills § Highly motivated and eager to take on new challenges About us Wicklow Recruitment has been established since 1997 and has two major affiliates and continues to grow year on year across a wide range of sectors.
