Our client based in Roundwood Co. Wicklow are seeking an Accounts Assistant and general administrator fir their busy and vibrant office.
An overview of the duties are as follows but other duties may be assigned as required.
Updating all ledgers, Debtors/Creditors, reconcilation of ledgers.
Preparation of data for production of management accounts.
Bank reconciliations
Payroll and PAYE returns, all reports required from payroll.
Preparation of VAT returns and return to revenue.
Data entry and general administration.
Work closely with the Credit Controller and Finanacial Controller.
Excellent attention to detail and abilit to work within a small team.
Excellent salary will be offered to the right candidate.
