Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Company’s internal computerised Time Management System |

2. |
Processing of monthly payroll and all related administration including the distribution of payslips |
|
3. |
Administration of new starters , leavers, promotions and transfers within the Company |

4. |
Dealing with payroll and attendance related queries from employees. |
|
5. |
Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Company’s computerised Micropay payroll system. |
|
6. |
Submission of revenue returns; end of year P35’s, P60’s and all related administration. |
|
7. |
Ensuring that satisfactory files are maintained for all payroll related material |
|
8. |
Generation of internal standard operating procedures for payroll processing and the maintenance of the TMS system |
|
9. |
Generation of training manuals for TMS users and presentation of training material to new TMS users |
|
10. |
Assist in the generation of annual reports, e.g. attendance/absenteeism, annual leave etc. |
|
11. |
Assist in the generation of year end reports for salary reviews, time in lieu pay and clear and bonus payments |
|
12. |
To provide administration support for pension, VHI, Occupational Health etc. |
