Reporting to the Departmental Manager/Team Lead the successful candidate will work as part of the QC Team. Responsibilities include:
Ensure the cleanliness and correct labelling of all Production/QC equipment in line with appropriate company policies/SOP
Ensure that all Production/QC equipment components are stored and maintained correctly
Ensure cleanliness of the lab area and all work surfaces
Routine testing of Haemostasis products
Highlight any issues which lead to failure in Production, Quality or compliance in the relevant area
Report non-compliances if they occur (e.g. NCMR’s, Deviations)
Adherence to the quality system and training given at the company at all times
Completion of Documentation to cGMP requirements/standards
Assist in the delivery of documentation to relevant Departments in a timely manner ensuring minimum delay
Flexibility and willingness to carry out overtime as necessary with advance notice
Calibration of appropriate Production/QC equipment
Ensure provision of accurate departmental data with respect to material and labour
Assist in routine Haemostasis based assays to ensure a baseline is established for all Haemostasis Analyzers
Contribute to the establishment of Reference material and maintain specified levels of this material on a constant basis
Minimum Qualifications/Experience · Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Dimensions: ● Preferably a cert/diploma in a science related field
Preferably one (1) years industrial experience in a QC/Production environment for vitro diagnostic products
Understanding of cGMP/GLP requirements
Strong organisational skills from both administrative and hands on standpoints
A high level of care and attention to all aspects of the role and show a desire to achieve excellence through own initiative
Proven to be a team player, capable of working within multiple areas whilst maximising performance
