Successful candidates will provide customer service by responding to problems or complaints that are of a technical nature in relation to company products and services. You will Interface with our customers via telephone and e-mail and will also be involved in supporting sales staff, trainers and consultants..

Your main duties will vary between technical support and special projects as they arise:
· Provide technical support to customers users, distributors and affiliates.
· Troubleshoot installation and application issues.
· Coach users through technical issues.
· Recreate, verify bugs, document problem, pass to QA and follow up with user.
· Be single point of contact for customers
· interface with company engineering team to provide technical information to company customers
· Participate in a 24x7 support roster for Key Accounts
· Assist in testing of new versions and upgrades of software and products and providing technical support to potential customers.
· Assist in professional services deployments.
· Complete other projects as assigned by department manager.

Experience & Qualifications
· Educated to a degree level in Computer Science (or equivalent), with a demonstrated strong computer background and technical ability.
· Knowledge of mobile technologies, J2EE, WebLogic, Oracle and MySQL technologies offers a distinct advantage.
· Knowledge of UNIX (Sun, Linux, HP or Solaris) and Windows
· Knowledge of programming techniques especially Java.
· Oracle DBA experience.
